ORIGL: Local Origin

Definition: For e ∈ si the assertion (e ORIGL l) specifies the local origin or starting point l of the event e. It is also used for the specification of the local origin of a conceptual object if the latter has a direction as a meaning component, or if it is “implicitly” associated with a directed event.
