**Definition**: The assertion ''(s LOC l)'' specifies that the object ''s ∈ o'' is at place ''l'', or that the situation ''s ∈ si'' holds at location ''l'', or – if the situation is an event – it is taking place at ''l''.

**Example**:
   The train to Baltimore was standing at the station for the whole night.
