This will not happen often. Only for special words like //now//, //in//, //under// and such.

  - Double click the node − a dialog with the list of attributes will appear.
  - Fill the **Lex** field

That's it. The word in the concept will appear in //italics//, which will help you recognizing this node from a node normally associated with a word in a sentence.
