Please, go to PAKT https://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/pakt/ > Nepřítomnost > Vítkovice 2025 and fill in the form by September 5 2025.
Don't forget to fill in a Travel Authorization form in the SIS system before your trip. Use 207-01/207PROV source or other sources that you prefer (LINDAT, ERC, CEDMO etc.).
Don't forget to accept the TA approvals in SIS before the trip.
