ATTR: Assignment of Attributes to Objects
Definition: The relationship (o ATTR m) specifies that m is a characteristic
attribute or a particular trait of o.
Examples:
The color of the car is red.
The same fact can be also expressed using a property as in this sentence:
The car is red.
But these two possibilities cannot be mixed like this:
INCORRECT:
The power of the facility is 29 MW.
