As usual, the institute covers accommodation and meals (lunch on Thu - lunch on Sat; tap water with each meal) for all employees and students.
Unless otherwise stated, the institute will cover the hotel invoice, i.e.
* accomodation for all participants (including family members) Thu-Sat
* meals for all participants (lunch on Thu - lunch on Sat)
Ms. Brdickova will kindly ask you for reimbursement for your family members in arrears.
You can prolong your stay till Sunday, the hotel is booked - in such case, please cover costs from Sat dinner yourselves.
