Definition: The assertion (s1 IMPL s2) expresses that the situation or concept s1 implies the situation or the concept s2 on a purely conceptual level, i.e. IMPL represents an analytical relation of conclusion based only on the intensional meaning of the arguments indicated. The connection between the cognitive roles of the concepts participating in the description of the arguments s1 and s2 is established by the entities shared by the conceptual capsules representing the situations s1 and s2. The relation IMPL is transitive.
