SUPPL: Supplement
Definition: The assertion (s SUPPL o) expresses that o supplements the situational concept s in the sense that o is an essential meaning component of s. In contrast to the relation OBJ, the existence or validity of o is closely tied to that of s, i.e. o is not independent of s.
